At Lots To Do Cleaning Services, we use our own equipment and cleaning products. If you wish for your cleaner to use your own equipment and products this can be arranged prior to the clean. More information regarding this can be found in the T&C's.

We are a professional cleaning service who are fully trained and insured to handle your property with care. We also conduct thorough background checks on all employees before hiring them. Keys to properties are kept unmarked in a safe locked box and confidentiality is maintained. 

We take the utmost care whilst in your property and businesses. Accidents do happen and if this is the case you will be contacted as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to have it replaced if it can not be repaired.

Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. If payments are in cash, this is to be left in an envelope FAO your cleaner. Payments are to be made on the day of your clean. 

Failure to make a payment after 24 hours will result in a late payment fee. More information about this can be found in the T&C's.
